How it works
- 1. Upload your company's HR policy documents (leave policies, benefits guides, handbooks, etc.)
- 2. Documents are automatically parsed and split into searchable chunks
- 3. When employees ask questions in the HR Assistant, relevant sections are retrieved and used to generate accurate answers
- 4. The assistant cites which documents and sections it used for each answer
